Union Agreement. Add these to your agreements

This agreement is crazy; there are so many things in this agreement that are great. My favorite one I found so far is as a maintenance worker you can go in to the office yell scream tell off your boss say what you want, tell him you quit that is your done, walk out and go home but if you come back within 2 days of that argument and ask for your job back your employer is entitled to give it back. You are allowed to do this twice a year. I think this is great, you know how much stress relief you could get out if you were allowed to yell at your boss twice a year. Man, it would be spectacular. You are allowed 5 special days a year for hunting. No sick day or anything, you just say in going hunting and you get that day. Workers on standby get to collect hours so they can use those hrs. to take days off, or if they miss time, they can just use their lieu hrs. On top of their sick and annual days. Just a couple of the perks. So far it’s been a joy working out here me and my coworkers have been getting along just great.
